If you want to borrow money then you should be aware of your credit score. This score is provided by credit reference agencies like Experian and Equifax. These are among some of the most reputed agencies that are involved in providing credit check facilities to lenders and borrowers all over the UK.
The UK financial market has evolved greatly over the past few years. Various new products and technologies have entered the market. Now, you can even apply for a from the comfort of your home. There is no need to go after the officers and request for an appointment. Even the lenders have become more liberal and they easily give loans to the borrowers. Personal loans are basically unsecured loans. With no collateral involved, it becomes imperative for the lender to check your credit history and repayment capability before proceeding to sanction a loan. Lenders also consider your repayment capability before granting personal loans. This is usually calculated with the help of debt to income (DTI) ratio. The DTI ratio is expressed in percentage. It is arrived at by dividing your total monthly debt repayments by the amount of your total monthly income. A DTI ratio of up to 20 per cent is considered healthy. However, if you already owe about 40 percent of your income towards debt repayments, the lenders may either refuse you or may ask

Running FedoraCore4 in VirtualPC
I finally managed to run FC4 inside Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 on Windows XP Home, the trick is to select Thousand of colors i.e. 16 bit while
initial setup rather that Millions of Color or 32 bit which Virtual PC is unable to render correctly. I am so fond of Fedora that I am planning to
assemble another PC just for Fedora.
Finally A topic to Research
I had a very good meeting with my advisor last tuesday and I asked him to suggest some interesting topic to start my PhD research. I also told him
my failure in coming with a good topic of my own and so he suggested a couple of good and interesting topics. I will not disclose the topic completely
right now but let me tell you what I have started doing. I have started reading up on QoS and Traffic Characterization along the lines of N/W
modelling. Ultimately I will narrow down on Multimedia content drill down aspects. Wish me luck in my endaevors. I will need it for sure.
